ABOUT THE EVENT
This largest international online event in Russia and the CIS is devoted to organizational and technological issues of environmental monitoring in terms of legislation, existing and new integrated systems, digital technologies, new equipment and software for ecomonitoring of urban and industrial emissions, settlements, MSW landfills, enterprises with objects of hazard classes I and II.

The forum will be held online under the slogan INTEGRATED APPROACH AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ECOMONITORING OF EMISSIONS. The participants will get the most up-to-date knowledge about the "Industry 4.0" technologies and study the cases of digital transformation of methods and solutions for collecting and controlling emissions in settlements and industrial enterprises; one will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of existing and developed systems and solutions and find out which methods and equipment suit best for exact industry and company.

GLOBAL TRENDS AND PRECONDITIONS:

1. Steady increase of anthropogenic burden on the environment, including air, soil and waters;

1. АВТОМАТИЧЕСКИЙ НЕПРЕРЫВНЫЙ КОНТРОЛЬ ВЫБРОСОВ (САК)

В соответствии с Федеральным законом «О внесении изменений в ФЗ «Об охране окружающей среды» от 29 июля 2018 г. № 252-ФЗ и отдельных законодательных актов Российской Федерации в части создания систем автоматического контроля выбросов загрязняющих веществ и Стандарта контроля качества воздуха населенных пунктов ГОСТ 17.2.3.01-86 «Охрана природы. Атмосфера. Правила контроля качества воздуха населенных пунктов» в исполнение требований природоохранного законодательства РФ[1] об оборудовании стационарных источников выбросов, сбросов загрязняющих веществ автоматическими средствами измерения и учета показателей выбросов загрязняющих веществ и (или) сбросов загрязняющих веществ, а также техническими средствами фиксации и передачи информации о показателях выбросов загрязняющих веществ и (или) сбросов загрязняющих веществ в государственный реестр объектов, оказывающих негативное воздействие на окружающую среду, на основании программы создания системы автоматического контроля.


2. ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННЫЙ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ КОНТРОЛЬ


Разработка программы производственного экологического контроля, соответствующей обновленным требованиям законодательства об охране окружающей среды;


3. КОМПЛЕКСНОЕ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ РАЗРЕШЕНИЕ (КЭР)

Разработка программы получения КЭР, соответствующей обновленным требованиям законодательства об охране окружающей среды, задачи, и решения связанные с получением Комплексного экологического разрешения в части экомонитринга выбросов.


4. АНАЛИЗ КАЧЕСТВА ВОЗДУХА В РАБОТЕ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ:


§ Формирование объективной картины о состоянии воздуха рабочей зоны и атмосферы;

§ Определение критических показателей предельно допустимых концентраций вредных веществ;

§ Сбор и формирование сведений о негативном воздействии на ОС;

§ Осуществление контроля воздуха в целях охраны труда;
